Race 1 - 1:10PM ARROWFIELD COUNTRY BOOSTED MAIDEN PLATE (1100 METRES)

8. Leovanni has performed well with four placings to her name from just the six starts. She resumes here after a Tamworth trial and has performed well with some clos- up efforts when in the minor money in her career. She only needs to have maintained her form to be rated the one to beat in this. 4. Scatpak returns from a spell here having finished fourth on debut at Tamworth. He’s had two solid trials leading into this and should be primed to run well. 1. Blend Of Three resumes here after a third in a recent trial at Tamworth. He ran third at Tamworth before being spelled and can get into the placings again here. 6. By Linda has been racing well since resuming with a couple of fifths at Muswellbrook and Tamworth and can run well again here with a repeat of those efforts.

Race 2 - 1:50PM POTTER MACQUEEN BENCHMARK 58 HANDICAP (1700 METRES)

4. Casino Stage is lightly raced with seven starts to his name, but he has two wins and as many placings. He won in good style at Tamworth when last produced and that came on the back of a third at Tamworth behind Peninsula. 6. Sweet Bubbles has been racing well since scoring at Port Macquarie four starts ago. She wasn’t beaten far at Wellington last time out. 5. Royal Armada was a winner at this track two starts ago and wasn’t too far away when sixth at Dubbo when last produced. 2. Shoot’Em Up ran fourth behind Casino Stage at Tamworth at his latest start and has place claims.

Race 3 - 2:25PM SCONE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MAIDEN PLATE (900 METRES)

7. Miss Judas has shown talent in her career with six placings from 13 starts. She finished third at Hawkesbury when resuming and then was midfield when a last start fourth at Gosford. This looks a nice race for her. 9. Better Late is on debut and has had two trials, finishing second in the latest of them at Gosford. 10. Eidfjord is also on debut and was close-up when finishing second in his latest trial. 4. Jagerschnitzel has been placed in both runs since joining the new stable and is not out of this.

Race 4 - 3:05PM COOLMORE COUNTRY BOOSTED BM66 HANDICAP (1000 METRES)

9. Nation Changing is a talented type that has won two from two at this track and then at Armidale. He’s had two trials leading into this return to racing and performed well in both and looks set to play a big part in the finish of this. 7. Where’stheprofit won his first two starts at Mudgee and Narromine and then ran fourth in two runs before being spelled. He’s won two trials leading into this. 1. Manage The Cycle is racing well with three straight wins, while 2. Saratoga Power resumes after an easy trial win at this track in a small field.

Race 5 - 3:40PM CRT SCONE RURAL SUPPLIES MAIDEN HANDICAP (1300 METRES)

1. From The Peak has been placed in two of three starts including a last start third at Canterbury when second-up from a spell. She only needs to run up to that to be the one to beat here. 3. Xerxes went down narrowly when a last start second at Tamworth and can run well here. 7. Smart Buy ran home well when a last start second at Dubbo and has bright claims here, while 11. Simply Gold is on debut after a recent trial and could show up without surprising.

Race 6 - 4:20PM DARLEY BENCHMARK 66 HANDICAP (1300 METRES)

2. To Be Frank has been racing in fine for with a couple of wins at Tamworth either side of a sixth in Highway grade at Rosehill. He went down narrowly when second at Grafton when last produced and is drawn to get the run of the race from the inside gate in this. 10. Peninsula resumed from a spell with an easy win at Muswellbrook and only needs to run up to that to be hard to hold out again. 4. New Pharoah has drawn terribly but has shown plenty in his career and comes into this on the back of a trial win at this track. 1. Wanda River is a talented galloper that won at Quirindi three starts ago and then finished second at Tamworth before a last start midfield Grafton effort.

Race 7 - 4:55PM ONE AGENCY SCONE CLASS 1 HANDICAP (1200 METRES)

2. Oakfield Neptune looked good in her trials before making her debut with a strong victory at Newcastle when racing on the speed and scoring well as favourite. She can go on with the job here. 5. Telling was favourite when racing on the speed and finishing third in a small field at Kembla Grange in a small field when last produced. He has the talent to make an impact again in this. 7. Cresta Run has a win and four placings from seven starts and won a trial over Know Thyself leading into this first-up run. She ran second in both runs here in June and July and warrants plenty of thought here. 4. Oakfield Pluto won well om debut at Taree before a second at Port Macquarie at his second start. He can show up here without surprising.
