6. Amoruso is a three-year-old filly having her first start and she comes into this having easily won a trial at Tamworth. She scored by almost four lengths in that hitout and gets her chance to launch her career with a victory. 1. Cerons has two placings from six starts and has had two unplaced efforts in Queensland since finishing second in the Tamworth trial behind Amoruso. He’s drawn wide here but has the talent to make an impact. 8. Spring Prospect debuted with a fifth at Mudgee back in December and has had two trials leading into this resuming run, winning the latest of them at Dubbo. 9. I Don’t Think So was first-up from a long spell when finishing fourth at Dubbo and shouldn’t be taken lightly.

13. Turning Circle started favourite when finishing fourth at Wyong last time out. She was safely held in that event but will find this easier and looks perfectly suited to break her maiden. 14. Winning Reign ran third placed at Dubbo when last produced and can make an impact again. 3. Outcast Soldier finished second in that same race at Dubbo and also can be thereabouts in this company, while 8. Billabong Rose is racing well and has the advantage of gate one.

1. Egyptologist resumes here on the back of two trials. He won at Mudgee and Dubbo at his last two starts before a spell and looks primed to run well first-up over the mile. 4. Naval Officer is on the quick back-up after hitting the line well to win at Wellington on Tuesday. 9. Remadosi wasn’t beaten far in the Murrumbidgee Guineas at Wagga last time out and is worth plenty of thought, while 2. Midnight Affair ran well at Hawkesbury in Highway company at her latest outing.

2. Princess Halo was a Sapphire Coast winner three starts ago and has since finished midfield in both runs. She can bounce back to winning form here. 6. Sheridan Street won well on debut at Gundagai as favourite before tackling the Wagga carnival and never being a factor. She can lift on that in this company. 7. Swilken Bridge is handy at best and can give cheek from the good draw, while 11. The Mooch has been placed in two of her latest three starts and can figure again.

13. Santasia has had three starts since joining a new stable and has run well in each of them finishing second in each of them. She was only claimed late at Wagga last time out at has drawn well. 10. Cougars finished fifth in the same race at Wagga when not beaten far and he was an easy Sapphire Coast winner before that. 2. Hammering Away was a Dubbo winner before being spelled and has had a solid recent trial. 5. Shipshape was close-up behind The Dramatist at his latest start.

6. Life’s A Party hit the line well to score at Bathurst two starts ago and while she failed to make an impact at Dubbo last time out, she gets her chance to atone here. 2. Kattegat is talented at best and can give a good sight from the good gate. 10. Keikoku should be hitting the line well from back from his wide draw. 13. Divine Sinner scored a good win two runs ago and is well placed from the inside gate here.

5. Sizzle Minizzle is a classy galloper when at his best and was a winner of the Country Championships at Randwick back in 2023. He has been campaigning in Queensland of late where he has been hitting the line well in each of his latest three starts. He’s drawn well here and the step up in distance looks as if it will suit. 1. Lockdown Gamble is a consistent type that resumed from a spell with a strong victory at Mudgee last weekend with a big weight. He has a big weight again here but has the talent to overcome that in this grade despite the wide gate. 2. Just A Brother won this race last year at big odds and shouldn’t be underestimated, while 3. Knife’s Edge is fitter for a resuming effort at Narromine.

1. Raymond’s Reward has looked good winning each of his latest two starts at Armidale and Gunnedah, racing on the speed and holding on well to score at Gunnedah last time out. He’s drawn ideally here. 4. Sooboogeliscious has been just behind the placings in her latest two runs and and should get every chance from the inside gate. 8. Giovanna Star did the job well to score at Bathurst at her latest start and can give a sight again here if she can overcome the wide gate. 17. Lysander was a last start winner at Moruya and can show up here if he can run up to that effort.
