Sarah is being attended to by ambulance officers and is expected to be airlifted to John Hunter Hospital at Newcastle as there is no trauma centre at Port Macquarie Hospital.

[Update at 2pm on Friday 3rd January]: Sarah's partner has reported that she will be admitted overnight at John Hunter Hospital for observation and will be re-examined tomorrow.
