Ill Jockey At Corowa - Patrick Scorse (Tuesday)

Apprentice jockey Patrick Scorse has become ill in the enclosure following the running of the last event (race 7). Patrick is suffering pain to his abdominal region and will be transported to hospital for further observation.

[Update at 9am on Thursday]:Patrick was released from hospital on Wednesday afternoon with no cause found. He will be following up with his own Doctor.

[Update at 9:40am on Wednesday]: Patrick Scorse had a CT scan at Albury Hospital last night that was inconclusive. He is currently waiting to have an ultrasound.

[Update at 8:30pm on Tuesday]: Patrick is being transferred from Corowa Hospital to Albury Hospital by ambulance to undergo further scans, and surgery, if required. He is suffering from severe abdominal pain.
