Albury Racing Club is currently seeking applications for an EVENTS MANAGER.

The Events Manager is responsible for developing and implementing:

• Raceday events, hospitality experiences and non-raceday functions and events
• Developing and implementing initiatives to drive sales growth across hospitality packages, membership and sponsorship
• Coordinating and motivating casual function and event staff
• Effectively communicating with ARC partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
• Assist the CEO in contributing to the Club’s short and long-term strategic plans

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a similar position and or be able to demonstrate success across the key responsibilities
• Excellent knowledge of bar and hospitality systems and procedures
• A current NSW RSA, excellent computer skills and knowledge of till systems and reporting methods
• Sales experience and excellent customers service skills

Remuneration packages will be negotiable dependent on qualifications and experience.
