Employment Opportunity - General Manager (Tamworth Jockey Club & Function Centre)

Tamworth Jockey Club & Function Centre is currently seeking applications for the position of General Manager.

You will work closely with the President and Board to implement the Club’s 2020 – 2025 Strategic Plan.

To be considered for this position you will have a sound financial background including the operation of MYOB; Fair Work obligations; and, Work Health and Safety requirements.

Evidence of your skills in leading and managing staff; project management; event management; sales and marketing; and, computer literacy is required.

This is a hands-on role and, to be successful, you will have demonstrated in your current and/or past roles the capacity to forge effective communication and working relationships with all sections of the racing industry.
