Clarification Of Coffs Harbour Trial Result (Mon, 30th Dec)
Please note the winner of the Coffs Harbour barrier trial on Monday, 30th December 2019, was PENFOLD and not FOXY FIVE.
Penfold was incorrectly saddled with saddlecloth no.9 instead of Foxy Five's no.8 and vice versa.
As a result, the racecaller inadvertently called the horses the wrong way around and therefore the result is correct but the call is not - Penfold won the trial and Foxy Five finished ninth.
