Ballina Sunday (2 October) Transferred To Grafton

Racing NSW advise the Ballina race meeting scheduled for Sunday, 2nd October 2022 has been transferred and will be conducted at Grafton racecourse.

Following 111mm of rainfall over the last 7 days and a forecast for further rainfall, the Ballina track was deemed unsuitable for racing.

As a result of this transfer the following race distance amendments apply:
R1 - 1300m - now 1425m
R2 - 1000m - now 1025m
R3 - 1590m - now 1625m
R4 - 1000m - now 1025m
R5 - 1000m - now 1025m
R6 - 1300m - now 1425m
R7 - 1250m - now 1200m
R8 - 1250m - now 1200m

Please note the Grafton track is currently rated a Good 4 with the rail +5.5m 1200m-400m, true reminder, cutaway applies.
