Launch Of ARCC's "Horses' Birthday Appeal"

Australian Racing Christian Chaplaincy (ARCC) has launched the Horses’ Birthday Appeal.

“We are seeing a growing demand for ARCC Chaplains from jockeys, stablehands, trainers, owners and other people associated with the industry,” said ARCC's Chief Executive, James Flavin.

“Recent tragic events have again illustrated the pressing need for support for all who work in racing and their families.

“The Horses’ Birthday Appeal gives an opportunity for industry participants and our partners in the Church community to financially support the Racing Chaplains as we support the people in the industry.

“We are asking all Race Clubs and Racing Organisations to promote and encourage the Horses’ Birthday Appeal to their members and fans.”
