The list is updated regularly.
Bet Back Claims are subject to conditions - a brief summary appears below – however, before completing a Return please refer to the full Bet Back Credit requirements as described in section 2.3 and section 11 of the standard conditions.
“Bet Back Credit” means a credit to which the Approval Holder is entitled in respect of a wager which is made by the Approval Holder on the “backers” side of the wagering transaction in relation to NSW Thoroughbred Races (or contingencies related to NSW Thoroughbred Races):
if, the Bet Back is made through an account with an Australian Wagering Operator:
1. to whom Racing NSW has, prior to the Bet Back being made, granted a race field information use approval in accordance with section 33A of the Racing Administration Act; and
2. who either pays fees to Racing NSW under a race fields information use approval OR pays fees to a NSW thoroughbred racing club in relation to the bet back– see list of Racing NSW approval holders above
For the avoidance of doubt, the Approval Holder is not entitled to any Bet Back Credit for a Bet Back which is made in cash rather than through an account OR is made with a Licensed Australian Wagering Operator who does not meet the qualification described in sub-paragraphs (1) and (2)
