Licensed Foreperson Samantha Murphy (Racing Appeals Tribunal)

On 2 April 2026, the Racing Appeals Tribunal handed down its Reasons for Determination in respect to charges issued against licensed foreperson Ms Samantha Murphy for breaches of LR 114(2)(a), AR 231(1)(b)(iv) and AR 228(b).

The Tribunal found Ms Murphy guilty of the charges with the issue of penalty to be determined on the papers.
