At The Entertainment Grounds, we’re more than just a racecourse, we’re one of the Central Coast’s leading destinations for racing, events and unforgettable experiences. From major racedays to concerts, weddings and large-scale events, no two days look the same.

Now, we’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Sales & Marketing Manager to help take us to the next level. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead revenue growth, drive strategic campaigns, secure partnerships and bring big ideas to life across our racing and events portfolio.

Based in Gosford, The Entertainment Grounds (TEG) has built a strong reputation as a leading regional racing venue and one of the Central Coast’s premier events and functions destinations.

We host a diverse range of events including concerts, exhibitions, weddings, fairs and thoroughbred horse racing, delivering memorable experiences to thousands of guests each year.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our revenue growth and elevate our brand presence. This is a dynamic, hands-on role responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives across our racing and events portfolio.

You will play a key role in securing new business, building partnerships, and identifying new revenue opportunities. You will bring a strong understanding of both above and below the line marketing, with a particular focus on digital and social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships and sponsorships
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
• Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Analyse market trends to identify new revenue streams and target segments
• Act as a commercial advisor to the business, contributing to overall growth strategy
• Work collaboratively across teams to deliver exceptional event and racing experiences

You are a motivated and commercially minded professional with a passion for sales, marketing and relationship building.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven ability to generate new business while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will bring:

• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong digital and social media marketing capability
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
