Notice: Trainers – Licences For 2026/27 Season Are NOW DUE (Current Licences Expire 31/7/26)

Please note Trainer licences for the current season will expire on Friday, 31st July 2026.

Racing NSW request that 2026/27 licence applications are completed online this season via the SNS - Racing NSW will not be accepting paper-based applications.

Please refer to the licence offer email sent in early June containing instructions on how to complete this process.

Read the email thoroughly to ensure that you have completed all of the required steps to fulfill the renewal process - completing the online licence application DOES NOT fully complete the process.

If you did not receive the aforementioned email, contact Racing NSW Licensing Department at licencerenewal@racingnsw.com.au to provide a current email address that is not used or shared with another licensed person.

Racing NSW will then arrange for the email to be sent to the email address provided.

Trainers are required to complete their 2026/27 application via their My Horse Portal or Stable Assist account.

Assistance regarding your renewal is available by contacting the Licensing Department via licencerenewal@racingnsw.com.au or by calling (02) 9551 7500.
