Narromine Transferred To Cowra (Sunday 14 August)

Racing NSW advise the Narromine race meeting scheduled for Sunday, 14th August 2022 has been transferred and will now be conducted at Cowra racecourse.

The Narromine track has been deemed unsuitable for racing following rainfall and the current state of the track.

As a result of this transfer the following race distance amendments apply:

Maiden Handicap 800m - is now 950m
Maiden Handicap 1100m - unchanged
Maiden Plate 1300m - is now 1375m
Class 1 & Maiden Plate 1600m - 1700m
Class 1 Handicap 1200m - unchanged
Benchmark 58 Handicap 1300m - is now 1375m
Narromine Cup 1600m - is now 1700m
Benchmark 66 Handicap 800m - 950m.

Please note the Cowra track is currently rated Soft 7 with the rail in the true position.
