4. The Ultimate Star has had five starts and been placed in two of them. He finished second at Wagga at his second start and ran third at Moruya two starts ago. He comes into this after a last start fifth at Wagga when not beaten too far, and this looks to be within his reach. 11. This Ain’t Texas ran fourth in the same race The Ultimate Star contested at Moruya and a repeat of that would have her figuring prominently again. 8. Sensesational Star was close-up when a last start fourth at Wagga and looks to have the potential to show up against these, while 5. Fighting Fox could sneak into the placings without surprising.
How to play it: The Ultimate Star WIN.
Race 2 - 1:46PM HERITAGE MOTEL CLASS 1 & MAIDEN PLATE (1600 METRES)
---
4. Avalon Lady was placed in each of her first two starts back from a spell on the Acton track at Canberra and then followed a fourth at Queanbeyan with a last start win at Canberra. She can be prominent in this. 5. Hussy La Vista followed two placings with a fourth at Hawkesbury and has the talent to show up, while 6. Passing Through won well at Gundagai last time out and can figure again. 1. Sammaan City is a last start placegetter that is drawn wide here but has the talent to get into the minor money again.
How to play it: Avalon Lady WIN.
Race 3 - 2:20PM TRISH & STUART ANDERSON MEMORIAL MAIDEN (1100 METRES)

1. Miss Hard Copy is resuming from a spell, and she had two starts at Wagga earlier in the year for a sixth on debut and a close-up second before being spelled. She’s a trial winner leading into this return to racing. 2. Brave Summit was beaten less than a length when finishing fourth on debut and can be in the finish of this with a repeat of that performance. 11. North Star Miss is resuming after a trial at Illawarra Grange, and she was placed at the Sapphire Coast last preparation. 4. Cool As Ted is resuming from a spell and a bold showing fresh wouldn’t surprise.
How to play it: Miss Hard Copy WIN.
Race 4 - 2:55PM TWIN HILLS STUD CLASS 1 HANDICAP (1200 METRES)

1. Kenny’s Swans was spelled after winning his maiden at Wagga at his third race start back in March. He resumed from a spell last month with a close second at Wagga and should be better for that run. He should get every chance from barrier one. 6. The Glen is first-up from a spell and was placed at Queanbeyan before the break. A bold resuming run is on the cards. 3. Forrest Dancer won at Wagga in April and was then spelled after running fifth at Albury. 5. Navajo Code was a winner at Moruya when resuming and can be in the mix again.
How to play it: Kenny’s Swans WIN.
Race 5 - 3:30PM VIRBAC BENCHMARK 58 HANDICAP (1200 METRES)
---
1. Jazz All Knight was a Sapphire Coast winner back in March and has since had four runs back from a spell and comes into this on the back of a last start third at Bathurst. She is primed to run well again. 2. Star Empire was second-up from a spell when scoring a win on the Acton track at Canberra and has been freshened-up for this. 4. Melodee Rose resumed with a fifth at Leeton and should strip fitter for this, while 9. Sir Sublime is first-up from a break and bears close watching.
How to play it: Jazz All Knight WIN.
Race 6 - 4:05PM CENTRAL HOTEL BENCHMARK 66 HANDICAP (1100 METRES)
---
9. Justbetryin’ hit his straps again last time out at Leeton when scoring a strong win. His form before that was also sound and he should get every chance from the inside gate. 10. Marine Girl has been midfield in two runs since running second at Albury and has the talent to show up. 3. Dawn On Me won at Moruya and Queanbeyan before a seventh at Canberra and she can be in the finish on her best form. 5. Paparazzo is a last start second placegetter at Wodonga and is not out of this.
How to play it: Justbetryin’ EACH WAY.
Race 7 - 4:40PM RIVERINA FORD COOTAMUNDRA CUP (1600 METRES)
---
11. Stormbringer has been racing well with two placings at Goulburn being followed by a last start second at Nowra. He will find this harder but has the ability to measure up. 12. Talkachino was a winner last time out against easier opposition but ran well at Tamworth before that and has a good overall record. 6. Shadow Dane won the Narromine Cup three starts ago and a repeat of that effort would have him in the finish of this. 3. Fox Appeal is a well performed galloper that can show up against these without surprising.
How to play it: Stormbringer WIN.
Race 8 - 5:15PM AUSTRALIAN MEAT GROUP BENCHMARK 58 HANDICAP (1400 METRES)
---
6. Vinari was in form winning two in a row at the Sapphire Coast and Queanbeyan before failing to fire at Wagga when last produced. She can bounce back to form here. 10. Sundrop was a winner at Gundagai two starts ago and comes here after a placing at Leeton. 9. Seasmoke is a last start placegetter that can be thereabouts again, while 3. Daze Off strips fitter for one run back from a spell and warrants some thought.
How to play it: Vinari WIN.
